Ca’ del Baio was founded in 1929 by Giuseppe Grasso and is today managed by his great-grandson Giulio, his wife Luciana and their three daughters Paola, Valentina and Federica. Today their 28 hectares of vineyards feature local Piemontese grapes as well as international varieties. This is a blend of Nebbiolo grapes from their best plots, farmed with respect for the environment, fermented with native yeasts, and bottled with minimal sulfites.
Serving Suggestions: Pork shank osso buco. Five spice roasted turkey w/ thyme & orange zest gravy. Gorgonzola, leek, & walnut risotto. Chicken thighs baked w/ asiago cream sauce & mushrooms.
