JUICY RED CHERRY & STRAWBERRY, NOU-NOU GLOU-GLOU Jacky, Evelyne, and their son Pierre-Alexandre of Domaine de Colette offer us a new way to experience the complexity of their Beaujolais terroir- with a Nouveau! The vines rooted in the region’s trademark granite soils average 50 years old, the grapes are harvested manually and undergo the traditional whole cluster carbonic maceration, resulting in a sprightly little holiday sipper.
