Cocktails and bitters are a marriage of flavor, one that should extend past the completion of the drink. A distinctly smoky bitters mad with lapsang souchong tea and sea salt. Aromas of hardwood smoke and faint spice with salt accentuating the flavor. Best used in liqueurs, tequila, and bourbon. A few drops will create an instant smoky mezcal or an Islay scotch. Excellent in a bloody mary.
