Fans of aromatic, peppery, reds with friendlier tannins and fresh acidity should get ready to celebrate a new favorite wine! Renata Bonacina is passionate about her winemaking, and with the philosophy that her wines must express the local terroir, she works with indigenous Piemontese grapes like Grignolino, Dolcetto, and here, Ruchè. This dark-skinned variety, formerly only consumed in this area, is finally gaining a name for itself internationally.
