Renata Bonacina is passionate about her winemaking, and with the philosophy that her wines must express the local terroir, she works with indigenous Piemontese grapes like Grignolino, Dolcetto, and here, Ruchè. This hyper-aromatic variety, previously only consumed in Castagnole, is fragrant, distinctive and unmistakable.
