• Albacore tuna is regarded as the most premium species of tuna, with the Bay of Biscay hook-and-line fishery known to produce the highest-quality fish.
• Caught during the albacore tuna (Thunnus alalunga) fishing season between June and August for peak quality
• Packed at a traditional Spanish cannery founded in 1869, which has refined its artisanal canning process over centuries
