CORIANDER, WHITE PLUM & WHITE PEPPER. OAK & GREEN TEA. LAYERED. This is Forlong’s Palomino-based take on a rich White Burgundy. Considering that the greatest White Burgs are grown in limestone soils, and the soil at Forlong is so limestony that it is pure white (Albariza), this is a great foundation. While it shows influence from its French target, Forlong winegrowers Alex and Rocio allow the wine to thrive in its own Adalucian personality, making this a singular wine of great class! Serving Suggestion: Olive oil fried fish using chickpea flour. Tortillas de camarones (shrimp fritters). Cuttlefish sauteed in garlic & its own ink.
