Although Domaine des Gandines’ production is 90% Chardonnay, they deservedly hold their head high with their lovely, tiny production red Burgundies. In 2024, with record low yields due to frost, hail and heat wave, they consolidated their three red cuvees into the unique single bottling you see here. It features their oldest vine single vineyard cuvees "declassified" into an excellent value that over-delivers pure Pinot flavor.
Serving Suggestion: Roasted spatchcocked chicken over garlic cloves upon Dijon mustard-swathed toast that soaks up the juices. Trust us, it’s phenomenal!
