First of all, this bottle is awesome. It looks like something my parents would drink in the back of an AMC Gremlin on the way to a Fleetwood Mac concert somewhere around 1973. Oddly enough, Gauthier’s own website describes this wine as “full of Nostalgy [sic]”. But joking aside, this is a fantastically early-blooming addition to our Rosé Garden, full of vibrant strawberry and white cherry fruit with a deeply satisfying texture. Grab your sweetie and crank up the eight track.
Serving Suggestions: Perfect with any array of cheese and charcuterie! Make sure you accompany it with warm sun, good friends, and classic rock.
