This example has only the faintest touch of the spritz that Txakoli is famous for, but retains the insanely pronounced minerality and refreshingly tangy fruit. Flavorful and chiseled in structure, this delicate white subtly layers aromas of melon and kiwi with the trademark tart apple and lime flavors of this Basque-tastic wines.
