For three decades, Hyatt Vineyards in Yakima Valley’s Rattlesnake Hills AVA has been dedicated to the production of quality-driven wines which are also tremendous values. This Merlot is no exception to the standards we’ve come to expect. Filled with the grape’s signature plum, coffee and chocolate with a bit of soft toasty oak intrigue, this luscious red is both remarkably easy going and attention catching.
Serving Suggestion: Meatloaf with chopped Vidalia onions a cream of mushroom/white wine sauce. Beef stew with buttered egg noodles.
