If the essence of Vaucluse, the literal and metaphorical heart of Provençe, could be bottled in wine form, this would be it! Redolent with the aromas of the ubiquitous wild, aromatic, resinous herbs (garrigue), and bursting with flavors of dense, dark fruits, it’s everything that we expect from a Rhône red blend, and at a steal. Equal parts Grenache and Syrah, it’s rich, complex, and an absolutely beautiful companion at the dinner table.
Serving Suggestions: Beef brisket rubbed w/ rosemary & thyme. Eggplant rollatini w/ marinara. Rack of lamb w/ beluga lentils & sautéed garlic spinach.
