Sourcing estate vineyards in Pommard, Chorey, Savigny and Volnay, this Pinot shows the classic aromas of cherry and strawberry fruit which follow to the palate. Lead pencil shavings come from behind and then the wonderful silky tannins enrobe your tongue with juiciness. Wow, a great find in the often disappointing and expensive world of Burgundy.
Serving Suggestion: A perfect companion to filet mignon or rare cooked duck breast with mushroom duxelle.
