We rarely see Corvina in pink, fizzy form, but what a lovely surprise! The grape, however, is a staple of some of the most quintessential Italian blends, including Bardolino, Valpolicella, and the august Amarone; generally, the higher the percentage of Corvina, the better the blend. Father and daughter team Gino and Marta Magnabosco hand pick, prune, and sort these grapes, and their honest attentions have produced this earnest yet fun bottle of gentle bubbles.
Serving Suggestion: Grilled radicchio risotto w/ asiago. Pizza w/ salami, tomato & zucchini. Sardines on toast w/ red chilis, lemon, & garlic.
