Monte Tondo has provided us with some of our favorite offerings from Soave, particularly in the case of the estate’s full-bodied Charmat-method bubbly as well as this one, which is light, lively, and delightfully fizzy. The region is the brightest point for white wine production in the Verona province of Veneto’s southeast, and its signature grape has proven to be both versatile and conducive to characterful wines.
