The northern whites meet the Northern Lights in this delightfully playful and flavorful blend from Montinore. The goal was to use cool-climate grapes and capture their distinctive aromas working together. With great success, the Borealis was born. Aromatic and perfumy with exotic fruits and flowers from start to finish, this crowd-pleaser reminds us of peaches, melons, and citrus, bringing a smile to our faces and finishing cleanly with zesty acidity.
Serving Suggestion: A delicious apéritif cocktail wine. Grilled chicken w/ fruit chutney. Fish tacos w/ mango salsa.
