Ostatu reliably makes some of the brightest, most balanced Riojas we encounter, so it’s no surprise that their rosé is another favorite. A zesty blend of Tempranillo and Garnacha, with delightfully floral, tropical undercurrents from a kiss of Viura, the estate employs its high-elevation vineyards and calcareous soil to excellent effect. Juicy yet luxuriously light on its feet, this pale pink sipper is irresistible throughout the year.
Serving Suggestions: Amberjack nigiri w/ daikon, bonito flakes, & ginger. Fennel & artichoke salad w/ sherry vinegar, shallot, & black pepper.
