VIBRANT, FLORAL & FRESH. CRISP APPLE & LIME Viura, aka Macabeo/Macabeu, is found mainly in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France and throughout Spain. It’s often used in Catalunya to produce Cava, or blended in Rioja. This dry, un-oaked, single-variety version is a unique treat. Golden colored in the glass, hinting at the goodness inside, this wine shows fantastically crisp flavors yet is surprisingly rich for such a light-bodied grape, with an almost-savory, long finish.
