This lively offering from one of France’s newest appellations, Chenonceaux, brings the famously dynamic duo of Sauvignon Blanc and limestone terroir together once again. The result is an intensely elegant (or elegantly intense) yet restrained outing from one of our favorite slingers of Sauvignon, la Rochette. This graceful, richly ripe, medium-bodied example appeals to our love for Sancerre while tantalizing us with its own je ne sais quoi.
