Sant’ Evasio Moscato is one of those wines that makes you smile. This lightly sweet, lightly sparkling white wine is the essential finish to a long day of work or a wonderful dinner. We joke it also makes a great breakfast wine, but let’s say Sunday brunch for the record. With its grapey, acacia flower, honeysuckle, apricot and guava flavors, she will make you purrrr.
Serving Suggestion: Excellent on its own, but you might want to have a glass with ginger honey ice-cream, panna cotta, or carrot cake with cream cheese frosting.
