Brother and sister duo Csaba and Csilla Sebestyen turned their hobby into a fully realized 18 hectares under vine and a lifelong passion with over two decades of hard work and perseverance, their hearts set on showcasing the authentic taste of Szekszárd. This crisp little sipper boasts blossomy perfume, zesty spice, and juicy exotic fruit, a flavor profile strongly resembling the variety’s close relative, Gewürztraminer. We’ve got a porch pounder over here!
Serving Suggestion: Hui Guo Rou (twice-cooked pork belly) w/stir-fried bell peppers, baby leeks, cabbage, & garlic sprouts. Smoked trout w/creme fraiche, chives, & fried green tomatoes. Sliced brisket sandwich on brioche w/sweet pickle relish & a side of smoked gouda mac n’ cheese.
