Celine & Laurent Tripoz make such a tiny amount of this Crémant, and as such it is crafted like many of the finest Champagnes. Rich, very dry, maturely nutty, and elegantly rich, it is perfectly adapted to life at the table and shouldn’t be saved only for celebrations. Lush, elegant, and age-worthy, it is only made in the best years (and previously only in magnums). Truly delicious!
Serving Suggestion: Oysters on the half shell. Pan-fried sardines on toast w/ a squeeze of lemon. Crispy fried chicken karaage. Toasted almond-crusted goat cheese.
