CRISP KOREAN PEAR, ZESTY CITRUS, HONEYSUCKLE & FRAGRANT HERBS In the Peloponnesian highlands, 700 meters above sea level, the Troupis’s vineyards are nestled together on a plateau known as Mantinia. Named for its region of origin, “Fteri” also means fern – apropos for an estate whose viticultural activities include farming tree fruit and growing nursery flowers. It’s easy to imagine that this wine inherits its personality from these surroundings, but this expressive variety requires no assistance in achieving impressive perfume. Serving Suggestion: Roasted pompano w/ olive oil, lemon, & diced tomatoes. Ratatouille w/ eggplant, squash, spinach, & goat feta. Fish kebabs marinated in lemon & fresh dill.
