Our annual Paddy Pack takes this as its starting point and tacks on the "green wines" of Portugal, Vinho Verde, along with northern Iberia’s other royal family of fizz, Txakoli! Providing a positively perfect pairing for spring, this dreamy set of six has us pinching ourselves… while protecting us from getting pinched – after all, it’s green!
