Since 1983, Yamhill Valley Vineyards has been wow-ing the world with their wonderful Willamette wines, and their rosé is no exception. Generous juicy cherry, strawberry, lime, and watermelon rind meet up with subtle mineral flavors; it’s zesty, crisp, clean and oh-so-refreshing. This is a front-porch sipper if we’ve ever met one, but its bright acidity would complement a wide range of foods. Three cheers for pink Pinot!
Serving suggestion: Soft, bloomy-rind cheese – Brillat-Savarin or Humboldt Fog, perhaps – w/ cured saucisson & cornichons. Sitting on your front porch w/ your feet up, relaxing & watching the sun set.
