Andalusian gazpacho is a cold soup made of raw, blended vegetables. A classic of Spanish Cuisine, it originated in the southern region of Andalusia.

Ingredients: Fresh tomato (65%), water, pepper, extra virgin olive oil (4%), cucumber, bread (contains gluten), sherry vinegar, garlic and salt.
