RICH, GRAPEY & SPICY. DRY & TANGY WITH MILD SPARKLE The Lini Family has been making wine since 1910 in Emili-Romagna, the capital of Lambrusco production, in the north of Italy. "Labrusca" is the variety’s ancient name, from the Latin labrum meaning "edge," as it is believed that the grapes grew naturally around the edges of fields cultivated by Italy’s ancient people, the Etruscans. This is a fantastic, light-hearted, and refreshing bubbly red with lots of character and versatility. Serving Suggestions: Lasagna alla bolognese, tagliatelle w/ ragu & tortellini en brodo. Erbazzone- a quiche tradition to Emilia Romagna filled w/ fresh chard, eggs, onions, & Parmigiano.
